The Show is Up

Ian, Rebecca and I hung paintings for my show yesterday. It went very smoothly and I’m really happy with the result. It’s a great space for showing my artwork. The bar is at the far end of the gallery, so all the performance patrons move through the show at intermission. The gallery is also open an hour before performances, so I should get some decent exposure. There’s 3 other paintings in the show, including the one I used on the invitation and poster.

Looking forward to the opening on Friday. I’ve booked Dominic Conway to play sax during the reception. Should be a fun evening!
